Quotes & acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not place an order. We review artwork, garment suitability, placement and availability before accepting work. Prices, setup fees, timing and fulfillment costs are confirmed in writing.
Deposits & balances
A 50% deposit is due before garments are ordered, with the remaining balance due before delivery or shipping. Payment is by ACH bank transfer or check through your invoice. Card payments are not currently offered. Any different deposit requirement will be stated in the quote.
Artwork & approval
You must have permission to use the artwork you provide. Digitizing/setup is charged as quoted. Before production, approve the logo size, placement, thread colors and spelling by email. Photos of test stitching can support approval. Samples stitched on an actual garment cost extra and are quoted in advance.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Before embroidery begins, we refund your deposit minus agreed costs already incurred, including ordered garments, completed digitizing or work performed. Once approved embroidery begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. Concerns about production errors are handled separately.
Customer-supplied items
All customer-supplied items require inspection and acceptance. We decline irreplaceable items and record an agreed replacement value before stitching. If our embroidery process damages an accepted item, we reimburse that agreed replacement value and refund the embroidery charge for that item.
Completed-order concerns
Please contact us promptly with photos and a description of any concern. We will review the order against the approved details and discuss an appropriate repair, remake or refund for a confirmed production error. Personalized items are not normally returnable simply because of a change of mind; this does not remove applicable customer rights.
Delivery & timing
Turnaround is confirmed per quote and depends on garment availability, payment and approvals. Rush requests are subject to confirmation. Local delivery and shipping charges are included in the quote. Pickup is available only by individual arrangement.
